Telephone consultations: We will use the number provided in your booking form. We will try to call you twice and wait a maximum of 5 minutes before we are to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Telephone number: We only call the telephone number provided for two reasons 1) If you have requested for a telephone consultation 2) If you have not shown up for your appointment we may give you a call to check if you are still available for your consultation. 

Disclaimer: We are not dermatologists or doctors, we provide a skin advice service to help identify skin types and help select True Skincare products that may work best for your skin.
