Cancellation and late shows policy: We understand last minute circumstances occur, we would appreciate it if you could kindly let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We will wait a maximum of 5 minutes if you are running late until we reschedule your appointment.

No-shows: We understand unforeseen circumstances occur, If you do not show up for your appointment, we will send you an email for the opportunity to re-schedule. We do not allow refunds for no-shows and you can only re-schedule a maximum of 2 times.

Telephone consultations: We will use the number provided in your booking form. We will try to call you twice and wait a maximum of 5 minutes before we are to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Telephone number: We only call the telephone number provided for two reasons 1) If you have requested for a telephone consultation 2) If you have not shown up for your appointment we may give you a call to check if you are still available for your consultation.
