International Delivery £15.00 - Please allow up to 10 working days for items to be delivered. A signature may be required at time of delivery. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Brexit & Deliveries to Northern Ireland - Please be aware that we are a UK based brand and therefore any orders being placed from countries within the EU and Northern Ireland will now have to go through customs clearance which may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our "International Deliveries" section above.

If your delivery has not been made within 10 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch with us straight away at info@trueskincare.co.uk so that we can resolve this with Royal Mail.

Refunds & Returns

We respect your statutory rights to a refund within 28 days of receipt of goods, provided they are returned unopened and unused within this time frame and purchased directly online from True Skincare Limited. If you receive an item which is damaged or if there is a problem with the product, please email us at info@trueskincare.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue and photograph. Please note that we do not accept refunds and returns due to skin allergies, conditions or unsuitability. Please check the ingredients before purchasing our products, which are all available on the product pages on our website, and conduct a patch test prior to use. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
