Beautiful in Blue: Chia Seed Pudding


Chia Seed Pudding is our new favourite breakfast dish and we can't help but try to make them as pretty as possible. So you can also enjoy this little bowl of heaven, here's our beautiful blue chia seed pudding recipe. Enjoy!


  • 3 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Sachet of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
  • Blueberries and Borage Flowers to Decorate


Combine the milk, honey and vanilla. Whisk in the chia seeds and pour in the contents of the Butterfly Pea Flower Tea sachet. Cover and place in the fridge for 24 hours or until it's a thick, pudding consistency. Decorate with fresh blueberries and borage flowers.
