It can be hard both mentally and physically. And to those on the front-line, we can only imagine how tough it is, so we’d like to thank you for all of your dedication and commitment.

It’s important to take time to restore and reflect on the positives during these times of ambiguity and not to lose touch with those important to you. So whether you’re having a girly pamper evening over House Party video call, or you’re in need of your own self-isolation from those who have become a little too close to you in your household, we’ve put together our top DIY Face Masks for each skin type for a little pick-me-up.

NOURISHING AVOCADO & ALOE VERA FOR DRY SKIN

What You’ll Need  

-          ½  Avocado

-          1 tsp. Aloe Vera

-          3-5 drops TRUE Skincare Certified Organic Nourishing Avocado & Evening Primrose Facial Oil

-          1 tsp. Honey (optional)

Method

-          Cleanse your skin with our Certified Organic Clarifying Safflower & Geranium Cleansing Oil (£12.00/100ml)

-          Crush the avocado in a bowl, removing as many lumps as possible

-          Combine with the Aloe Vera, Honey (if using) and our Certified Organic Nourishing Avocado & Evening Primrose Facial Oil

-          Apply evenly to freshly cleansed skin

-          Leave for 10 minutes

-          Remove with a warm damp cloth

-          Finish by hydrating the skin by massaging 2-3 drops of our Certified Organic Nourishing Avocado & Evening Primrose Facial Oil (£13.50/30ml)

BALANCING BANANA & TURMERIC FACE MASK FOR OILY/COMBINATION SKIN

What you’ll need

-          ½ Banana

-          1 tsp. Turmeric

-          1 tbsp. Yoghurt (omit if vegan)

-          3-5 drops TRUE Skincare Certified Organic Balancing Safflower & Basil Facial Oil

Method

-          Cleanse your skin with our Certified Organic Clarifying Safflower & Geranium Cleansing Oil (£12.00/100ml)

-          Crush the banana in a bowl, removing as many lumps as possible

-          Combine with the Turmeric, Yoghurt (if using) and our Certified Organic Balancing Safflower & Basil Facial Oil

-          Apply evenly to freshly cleansed skin

-          Leave for 10 minutes

-          Remove with a warm damp cloth

-          Finish by hydrating the skin by massaging 2-3 drops of our Certified Organic Balancing Safflower & Basil Facial Oil (£13.50/30ml)

RENEWAL STRAWBERRIES & CREAM FOR DULL/LACKLUSTRE SKIN  

What you’ll need

-          4 - 5 Strawberries

-          1 tbsp. Yoghurt (omit if vegan)

-          3-5 drops TRUE Skincare Certified Organic Rehydrating Rosehip & Rosemary Facial Oil

Method

-          Cleanse your skin with our Certified Organic Clarifying Safflower & Geranium Cleansing Oil (£12.00/100ml)

-          Remove tops of the strawberries and crush in a bowl or blend, removing as many lumps as possible

-          Combine with Yoghurt (if using) and our Certified Organic Rehydrating Rosehip & Rosemary Facial Oil

-          Apply evenly to freshly cleansed skin

-          Leave for 10 minutes

-          Remove with a warm damp cloth

-          Finish by hydrating the skin by massaging 2-3 drops of our Certified Organic Rehydrating Rosehip & Rosemary Facial Oil (£13.50/30ml)
